CTCI New England Office

Our newest office, located in Rutland, Vermont, is slated to open in the spring of 2018 and we need candidates to fill our open positions!

As we bring services online, this office will be home to ten full-time staff and will service our clients throughout the Northeastern United States. This office includes creative services, sales, and repair services, as well as video and audio production studios.

Situated less than ten miles from Killington Ski Resort and the Green Mountains, the Rutland area is the perfect setting to call home for the outdoor enthusiast. Want to escape and get to the city? Rutland Airport’s recently expanded runway will soon be providing commuter flights to NYC, and already offers daily commuter flights to Boston! Executive Assistant

Circle Technology Collective International has an immediate opening for a full-time executive assistant as we prepare to open our new office in Rutland, VT. While CTCI handles advanced levels of technology, only so much in the world can be done without human interaction and a personal touch. Your primary role in the company will be to provide secretarial and administrative support for two of our senior partners who are frequently on the road. Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact for staff and internal/external clients.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately from staff and clients.
  • Arrange daily schedules and set up meetings, travel plans, and speaking engagements for senior partners.
  • Compose and distribute email, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Provide general support to visitors, clients, and staff.
  • Take dictation and minutes, and accurately enter data.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and executive briefs.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Maintain the general tidiness of the office - vacuum, water plants, etc.
  • Address the personal needs of staff members (picking up meals, dry cleaning, and similar).
  • Act as a driver for trips to airports and appointments.
  • Lead generation and screening.
  • Market research.

Graphic Design / Web Design Intern

CTCI has an immediate opening in our Rutland, Vermont office for a graphic design / web design intern within our creative department. This part-time position is perfectly suited for college students who are looking to gain real-world experience in the digital design industry. You will work directly with our creative team on actual jobs for real clients while learning the skills required to be successful in the fields of graphic design and web design.

Unlike many design internships, you will be provided with the ability to use the projects you work on as part of your portfolio and success in your internship may lead to full-time employment within the company.

Service Technician / Jr. Network Engineer

Circle Technology Collective International has an immediate opening for a part-time service technician / jr. network engineer as we prepare to open our new office in Rutland, VT. This position is slated to grow into a full-time position within a year. You will be responsible for warranty and non-warranty system repairs including, but not limited to, products from the following vendors: Apple, IBM, HP, and Dell. As part of your responsibilities you will work with our senior network engineers to assist in the design, implementation / deployment, and configuration of network devices. Network infrastructures range in size from small to enterprise.


Responsibilities
  • Complete hardware level repairs on computer systems.
  • Provide customer support via phone and email for common technology issues.
  • Complete repairs on mobile devices including, but not limited to, iPhones and iPads.
  • Develop documentation and support guides.
  • Develop network infrastructure maps and diagrams.

In-House Developer

CTCI has an immediate opening in our Rutland, Vermont office for an in-house developer with experience across multiple platforms. The individual will be responsible for the development and maintenance of websites, relational databases, iOS applications, and integration with back-end services.


You will be responsible for working directly with our creative department for GUI development. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated interface design, and development of quality products is essential.


A professional appearance and interpersonal communication skills are required for this position. Basement dwelling coders will not be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by utilizing the best standard development practices.
  • Create website layouts/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
  • Create dynamic website content utilizing back-end databases such as MySQL.
  • Cooperate and work effectively with our design team to match approved visual appearances.
  • Learn new APIs and frameworks for intergration into written code.
  • Produce proper documentation for developed products.

Requirements
